Layble is an online commerce platform that connects customers with independent brands, retailers, merchants, and vendors (“Partners”). Layble does not manufacture, own, or warehouse the products listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

Throughout these Terms, references to “our products” mean products made available on the Layble platform by our Partners. These products are owned and supplied by the respective Partner unless clearly identified otherwise.

By using Layble, you acknowledge that you are purchasing products offered by third-party Partners through our platform.

2. Our Role

Layble acts as a technology and commerce facilitator. We:

  • Display and promote products provided by our Partners

  • Sync product data (such as descriptions, pricing, and availability) from our Partners

  • Process payments securely on behalf of our Partners

  • Route completed orders to the relevant Partner for fulfillment

  • Provide customer support assistance related to orders placed through Layble

Layble is not the seller of record for Partner products unless explicitly stated on the product listing or checkout page.

3. Product Listings and Information

Product details, descriptions, images, pricing, availability, sizing, and specifications are provided by our Partners and synced to our platform. While we aim to ensure accuracy and clarity, the Partner is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their product information.

We do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content are error-free. If inaccuracies occur, we will work with the relevant Partner to correct them promptly.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

When you place an order on Layble:

  1. Your payment is processed securely through our platform.

  2. The order is transmitted and routed to the respective Partner, merchant, or vendor.

  3. The Partner is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping the product directly to you.

  4. Shipping timelines, fulfillment performance, and product availability are managed by the Partner.

Layble facilitates the transaction and communication but does not directly fulfill or ship Partner products unless clearly stated.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management are handled by the Partner supplying the product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, methods, and fees vary depending on the Partner and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are based on information supplied by the Partner. Actual delivery times may vary.

Layble is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or Partner-related fulfillment delays, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return and refund policies may vary by Partner. Applicable policies will be displayed on the product page or at checkout where required.

Where a return is approved:

  • The product may need to be returned directly to the Partner.

  • Refunds are processed according to the Partner’s policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Layble facilitates communication and refund processing but does not independently determine return eligibility unless explicitly stated.

7. Authenticity and Partner Responsibility

Our Partners are responsible for ensuring that the products they list and sell through Layble are authentic, lawful, and compliant with applicable regulations. Layble works with Partners to promote compliance but does not independently manufacture or alter products listed on the platform.

8. Transparency and No Misrepresentation

Layble is committed to clear and transparent communication about our role. We do not claim ownership of Partner products and do not present ourselves as the manufacturer or direct supplier unless explicitly stated.

Any references to “our products” within our website, marketing materials, or communications refer to products offered on our platform by our Partners.

9. Acceptance of Terms
